Washing Instructions

How to Not Ruin Your New Favorite Shirt:

Cold water only (hot water is for people who iron their sheets)
Turn inside out before washing — protect that graphic, it's got a reputation to uphold
Use a gentle detergent — this garment-dyed cotton is soft, keep it that way
First wash might bleed a little, so keep it away from your good stuff
Tumble dry low or hang dry (air drying = more time to actually sit down for five minutes)

Drying Instructions:

Avoid High Heat — air-drying is best to prevent shrinking and keep that soft texture intact.
Tumble Dry Low (Optional) — if you're using the dryer, low heat or delicate is the move.
Remove Promptly — pull it out as soon as it's dry so you're not ironing it later (see: you have no time for that).

Additional Tips:

Avoid bleach or harsh detergents — they'll fade the color faster than your patience on a Monday.
Skip the fabric softener — it messes with the shirt's texture.
If the shirt has a graphic print, don't iron directly on the design. Use a pressing cloth or turn it inside out first.
